She learned her craft at TCC/Euro Hair. She moved to Jacksonville and started working at Rio Hair Studio in 2006. She is always keeping up with the latest fashion trends. Fran received her Redken Design Certification in 2016 and is a Redken Master Stylist. Her hobbies are volunteering, reading and shoppi
