By accessing or using the HairGraph platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Use of Service
HairGraph is a professional discovery and data-network service for comparing hair stylists using publicly sourced or stylist-provided identity, specialty, salon, portfolio, pricing, and booking information where available. HairGraph may also allow users to submit consultation or matching requests. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with others' use of the service.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
4. Stylist Responsibilities
Stylists and salons listed on HairGraph are independent from HairGraph. They are responsible for their own services, pricing, availability, licensing, policies, and compliance with applicable laws. HairGraph does not perform salon services and does not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, or suitability of a listed service.
5. Profiles, Pricing, and Third-Party Information
HairGraph profiles may contain information supplied by stylists or salons as well as publicly available professional information. Some profiles may be unclaimed. Ratings or reviews sourced from third parties are labeled where available. Pricing may be published, estimated from available published information, or unavailable; final pricing and booking terms must be confirmed with the stylist or salon.
6. Intellectual Property
HairGraph's original site content, software, branding, and features are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users and stylists retain rights they hold in content they submit, while granting HairGraph permission to host, display, reproduce, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the service. Publicly sourced content remains subject to the rights of its original owner and any applicable source terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HairGraph, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
